To receive support you must provide your name and employee number to our Engineer.
Please make sure that you are in front of your computer and have your cell phone on hand when you contact us.
This can make easier and faster the resolution of your request.
Also, always have in hand the number of your Internet Provider, you may need to contact them in case the issue is related to their service.
Our Support Hours are (Monday - Friday) 6am to 8pm.
